When you register you can opt to send us your CV and we then add it to our database.

When an employer approaches us with a vacancy, we carry out a search of our database.

The search is based on where you live - generally within a 45 minute commute - and on the department you work in.

Then we call you. Often you'll be in a meeting or talking to a customer or standing right next to your boss when this happens, so we'll always ask if it's convenient (if not - we arrange a time to talk).

We tell you the job details, who it is, money, location, franchise, and then you tell us whether or not you're interested.

If you're not interested - fine. You get to say "no". But unless we know about you - you can't say "no".

If you are interested in the job - we send them your CV. If they think you are suitable, we arrange the interview.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Click on the Register button - decide which way you want to register and, if appropriate, attach your CV and send it in. If you don't have a CV, click on the CV maker, this will create a CV for you and send it direct to us.

IMPORTANT - If you are considering relocation or are looking for promotion you MUST ADD this to your submission.

What happens next? You'll get an e-mail confirming we got your CV and we'll call you for a chat.

When we contact you regarding a specific role we will go through your CV with you in detail. This is for 2 reasons. Firstly, to make sure your experience is directly relevant to the potential employer, and secondly to make sure you are marketing yourself correctly.
